Jimmy Ardoin is committed to providing his clients the best representation in both criminal and civil matters. He has tried more than 100 jury trials in both federal and state courts. That experience has helped his clients be acquitted of the most serious of charges; avoid trial all together by getting his clients' cases dismissed; obtain a civil verdict on their behalf; or gain leverage in civil settlement negotiations.

The goal for Jimmy in each and every case is to provide nothing short of an aggressive, thorough, and superior legal counsel to his clients. When a person ends up in the court system their lawyer is the only person who can speak for them. Jimmy's tireless work ethic and hands on approach with his clients, ensures that he is his clients' voice in the courtroom.

In 2015, Jimmy was recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in White Collar Crime, the youngest lawyer to be recognized in that area.  From 2012 - 2015, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers in the area of White Collar Criminal Defense. He has also named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40. Jimmy is a frequent contributor to news outlets around the country on various legal issues, appearing in the Wall Street Journal, the Houston Chronicle, the Dallas Morning News, Yahoo News, the Houston Business Journal, KPRC, and KHOU to name a few. He also has been invited to speak at various continuing legal education seminars helping to teach other lawyers and hosts a weekly web-based talk show, Reasonable Doubt, focusing on criminal justice issues.

From the moment a potential client calls Jimmy for advice they realize that they will get the best representation possible. No matter the case, he will answer any and all questions a person has before they even set foot in his office. He will also be frank and direct when advising a client about their situation and will take the time to sit down with a person and explain the law and how the law applies to the facts of that client's case. It's Jimmy belief that trust is the most important component of the attorney/client relationship and honesty is the only way to gain that trust.
